Terms of Service – Zolee’s

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Zolee’s ("we", "us", "our"), a sole trader business based in New Zealand. By purchasing a service or subscription, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Offered
Zolee’s provides brand strategy, design, content, and digital support services. Specific service details, pricing, and scope are outlined on our website and payment pages.
2. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
All payments are made in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges until cancellation.
Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal or by contacting us.
Upon cancellation, your service remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
No refunds are issued for partial months or unused hours.
4. Modifications
We reserve the right to update service terms, pricing, or scope with prior notice. Clients will be notified via email or the website.
5. Client Responsibilities
Provide timely access to materials or information necessary for service delivery.
Maintain valid payment details for uninterrupted service.
6. Limitation of Liability
We strive for excellence, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for one month of service.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, all creative outputs remain the intellectual property of Zolee’s until full payment is received.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
