This project gave us time, freedom, and a purpose — and resulted in a multi-award-winning identity for a truly remarkable town.
Building a Brand for a Historic City
Sárospatak is more than a town — it’s a cultural, historical, and natural treasure in northeastern Hungary. The local council wanted to reposition the city as a key destination in the region, attracting not only tourists but also new business and investment. We were invited to create a complete brand concept to support this vision.

One City — Too Many Faces
Sárospatak had a rich story to tell, but lacked a unified image. Without a clear visual identity or strategic positioning, communication was fragmented, and the city wasn’t standing out — neither on the map, nor in people’s minds.
MysOne Symbol. Seven Facets.
We created a bold, dynamic brand built on the concept of centrality and diversity. The logo features 7 directional pins — each pointing inward, symbolising how everything leads to Sárospatak. These pins represent the town’s main attractions: cultural heritage, wine & gastronomy, wellness, natural landscapes, rivers and lakes, and active tourism.
The result was a strategic visual identity that tied every communication channel together and earned the prestigious Diamond Award from the Hungarian Marketing Association.
From Local Voice to National Recognition
The new brand helped unify the city’s appearance — from events and brochures to signage and digital presence. Locals embraced it, visitors remembered it, and professionals celebrated it. Sárospatak became not just a destination, but a brand with meaning and momentum.
